About

Calisthenics coach. Ten years ago I couldn't do a single pull-up; today I coach muscle-ups, planches, and front levers — and I remember exactly what the whole journey feels like from the bottom rung.

Bodyweight skill work is brutally honest: no plates to hide behind, just leverage, patience, and smart progressions. I'll meet you at your current level and hand you the next rung, every single week.

Common questions

I can't do a pull-up yet. Too early for coaching?

That's exactly when coaching helps most — the road to the first pull-up is where most people quit. You'll have a progression from day one.

What equipment do I need?

A pull-up bar and floor space. Rings and parallettes open more doors later, but we start with what you have.

How long until a muscle-up?

From 8–10 strict pull-ups and straight-bar dips, typically 4–8 months. From zero, one to two years — I'd rather tell you the truth now than lose you at month three.
