About

Former national-team sprinter, now a performance coach for field-sport athletes and anyone who wants to move like one. Speed is a skill — I teach it.

Expect sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and strength work that transfers to the pitch, court, or track. My athletes get faster because we measure everything: jump heights, sprint splits, bar speeds. If it doesn't show up in the numbers, it doesn't stay in the program.

-0.4 s on Kwame's 40 m in one off-season

A winger who felt slow in his league. We rebuilt his acceleration posture and added two heavy sled sessions a week. He came back and won the club's sprint testing outright.

From bench player to starting XI

Ama's engine was the problem, not her feet. Eight weeks of tempo runs and repeat-sprint work doubled her high-intensity distance in matches — her coach noticed before she told him.

Common questions

I'm not a competitive athlete — can I still train with you?

Yes. Most of my online roster are amateur players and recreational sprinters. The methods scale; the standards stay.

What equipment do I need?

Access to an open field or track, and ideally a gym with a barbell. A phone tripod for filming sprints makes the coaching twice as effective.

How do you track progress remotely?

Monthly testing weeks built into the plan: 30 m fly times, jump tests, and rep-max estimates, all logged in Deft so we both see the trend.
