About

Women's strength coach specializing in pregnancy and postpartum. Strong is not a phase you pause for motherhood — it's how you carry it, literally.

I coach evidence-based strength training through all trimesters and a structured return after birth: core and pelvic-floor rehab first, barbells when you're ready, and zero bounce-back-culture nonsense along the way. Two kids and two comeback cycles of my own inform every plan I write.

Deadlifting through week 38, back at the bar by week 10

Chloé trained smart through her whole pregnancy. Post-birth we spent six weeks on breath and core mechanics before touching a barbell — by month six she matched her pre-pregnancy squat.

Diastasis closed, confidence back

Two years postpartum, Sara had been told to just do planks. A structured 16-week progression rebuilt her deep core — the 3-finger gap closed and she deadlifted 100 kg the same season.

Common questions

Is it safe to lift while pregnant?

For most healthy pregnancies, yes — with the right modifications and your doctor's clearance. We adjust intensity and movement selection trimester by trimester.

When can I start training after birth?

Gentle breath and core work can start within weeks; loaded training waits for your 6-week (or later) clearance. My programs meet you wherever your recovery actually is.

I have diastasis recti — can you help?

Yes, that's a core part of my work. We rebuild pressure management progressively; most clients return to full lifting, though timelines vary.
